Losing a payment argument on a freelance site is one of the most painful things that can happen to a worker. You spend many hours doing the task perfectly but the system still decides to give the money back to the client instead of you. It makes me wonder if the people who judge these cases actually look at the evidence we provide. If this happens to you, is there any way to appeal the decision or do you just accept the big loss?
