AI fact checking means a client runs your writing or research through an AI tool to see if everything is accurate, and sometimes the AI says something is wrong when it is not. AI tools can be wrong or outdated, but some clients trust them more than they trust the freelancer they hired. It puts you in a strange position where you have to defend your work against a machine.
