Sometimes you are hired to do a specific job, but you find yourself fixing mistakes made by the people who work for the client. This takes up a lot of time that you did not plan for when you first agreed on the price. It is not fair for you to do extra work for free just because their team was not careful. I believe you should speak up immediately when this happens. How do you explain that this is extra work?
