What do people with a 9-to-5 job not realize about freelancing?

Sometimes I do wonder why people are into 9 to 5 regular jobs when they can be doing freelancing. Regular jobs are somehow stressful more than doing freelancing. Unfortunately, those that are into regular jobs always think that freelancers are not taking their financial journey so serious. They believe that they may not be seeing tasks always. In fact, they always see them as being lazy. What do you think people with regular jobs do think of those that are into freelancing?

The majority of them don't realize that they can make good income from freelancing to support their salary. Meaning of then do believe in the idea of making multiple streams of income. Having a freelance as a side also can be a great way to add additional income to the salary you earn.
