I am a student on BMF. I noticed of lately that I cannot download some courses on my dashboard again. This wasn't the case like some months ago. I don't know what may cause this. I don't know what I did that makes me stop have access to downloading courses on the platform.
Has anyone experienced this before? How did you resolve it? Did you wait for it to be resolved automatically or you messaged the support to get it done?
