It is of great sadness that some digital marketers would complain about their emails being sent to spam of their recipients, making it not being checked as majority of the email users don't always check their spam box.

This issue can really be addressed. Digital marketers, that focuses on e-mail marketing, should endeavour to have some amount of reasonable emails sent to the users. Maybe within an hour or a day, a certain amount of emails can be sent to users.

Waiting for answers to the sent emails before sending another one can be seen as being a great influence while sending emails. Then there should be a strong email filter before sending them out. What do you think?

First off, always make sure people actually want your emails—get them to sign up willingly. Keep your messages useful and interesting so they don't feel like junk. Make it easy for people to unsubscribe if they want out. And don't forget to clean your email list now and then, so you're only sending to people who care. That way, your emails won't end up in spam, and people will actually wanna read them!

Avoiding spam isn't really about limiting how many emails you send per hour or waiting for replies it's more about building trust with email providers. As a marketer, focus on getting permission-based subscribers, using verified domains (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and keeping your email list clean by removing inactive users. Also, write non-spammy subject lines, avoid too many links or trigger words, and make sure people can easily unsubscribe. When engagement improves (opens and clicks), inbox placement naturally gets better.

One thing that has helped me is focusing on providing value instead of constantly trying to sell. I send useful tips, helpful resources, and updates that match my audience's interests. That approach keeps engagement higher and reduces the chances of my messages being marked as spam.

The best way to avoid your messages being treated as spam is to send emails only to people who have agreed to receive them. It is also important to avoid misleading subject lines and sending too many emails in a short time. When your content is useful and relevant, people are more likely to open your emails instead of marking them as spam.
