What can easily discourage you from being active on freelancing platforms?

To be honest, for those that don't want to be active, there are many things that can serve as distraction for such a freelancer. Freelancers maybe discouraged by the way the wag the platform is operating. There are some platforms that do not really care much for their freelancers. They leave them to sort things out themselves. This has really affected some freelancers and get them discouraged. The amount sometimes can be a distraction to them in most cases.

Lack of response discourage me in freelance. What kills my motivation fast is sending many proposals and getting zero replies. Low budget clients who undervalue work and ghosting after interviews also drain me. competition and platform fees make me feel like I am working hard for very little return.
