There are many steps that can be taken whenever a customer has encounter with a business owner. The first is to involve a mediator who can serve as an intervener that will settle the fight. In case, this is not resolved, there can be another way round by it. The matter can be hinted by the police or any other law enforcement agent. But it may be wrong of a business owner fighting the customers.

Try to calm the person down by listening and letting them vent a bit. Sometimes people just want to feel heard. If things are getting out of hand, step away or ask them to leave in a calm way. And if it feels unsafe, don't hesitate to call for help or the police. After everything cools off, write down what happened so you've got it on record. Staying chill and handling it smartly keeps your business looking good and helps you avoid bigger problems later.

You need to calm down first. Hear that two sides. Then if there is a need for a mediator, you can invite him. If the matter is escalated beyond normal, the police force can be involved. But I do prefer dialogue than calling on the police for the settlement.
