I didn't find any official rules from BMF.io about video sizes, but usually 16:9 is the way to go. It's the regular widescreen format you see everywhere you name it. Looks good on laptops, phones, tablets—basically everything. It just feels clean and professional, no weird black bars or stuff cropping out. You could do vertical if you're aiming for phone watchers, but 16:9 is the safest bet to keep things looking solid.

The only thing a coach should consider it to ensure that they put on the best thing that will work out for the students. Students with different visions, or may be eye defects should be considered. This means, coaches should upload courses that are fit to be watched the students.
