I'm still trying to understand what makes customers buy something they didn't plan to. Sometimes it happens on my store and I can't tell why.
I've tested small discounts and limited-time offers. I also tried showing related products on the checkout page. Some days it works really well. Other days the same setup barely gets any extra orders.
I keep wondering if there's a certain spark that pushes people to click "buy now" without thinking too much. What are triggers can boost impulse purchases on ecom store?
