I'm not sure if I'm overthinking this or just being cautious. I've been running a small online store for a while and recently started working with a new supplier overseas. The first few orders came on time and in good condition.

Last month there was a delay in shipping. The supplier gave a reason that sounded fine, so I waited. This month the order shipped later than promised again. I also noticed they are slower in replying to my messages.
