Then you've got testimonial or review videos, where happy customers share their thoughts and make the brand look good. Live videos are all about real-time interaction, like Q&As or events.

For me, the most common types are tutorial videos, product reviews, short social media clips, and brand storytelling videos. Tutorials work well because people like learning step by step. Reviews help viewers decide before buying something. Short clips are good for grabbing quick attention, while storytelling videos help people connect emotionally with a brand.
