Toptal is not a new freelancing platform just that it doesn't get more popularity compared to the other ones like Fiverr and Upwork. However this doesn't mean that there are no cons and prons that can be said about using this platform. Among the advantages is that you will not need to be struggling for tasks. This is because there are no more members on the platform. One of the disadvantages is that you may not find tasks easily there because clients don't really patronize it.
