One of the characteristics of a good coach is the fact that he can try different models and still be excelling in them. There are different models and there are times these models are useful. It is better for coaches to know when to switch, rather than depending on just one.

Ability to switch would make the coaches to know how to handle different business clients and as well different scenarios. What do you think?
