You can learn to write a business plan from unique and creative resources. Look at YouTube channels focused on entrepreneurship. Podcasts like How I Built This can inspire your approach. Business plan software like LivePlan guides you step by step. Online communities such as Reddit's r/Entrepreneur share real-world tips. Case studies of startups often explain their planning process. You can follow industry-specific blogs for tailored advice. Networking with successful entrepreneurs provides firsthand insights. Local workshops or events allow you to ask questions directly. A mix of practical and innovative resources ensures you create a plan that stands out.

YouTube has been the major resource for me. With YouTube, it is easier for the users to have access to the visual and as well as audio. This will automatically facilitate fast assimilation of these trainings. That's why I prefer YouTube.

There are different communities that you can make use of if you want to write business plans. You need to make sure that you are making use of the suggestions and ideas that are discussed in the communities that you belong to. Ensure you are also participating in the group activities as well.

Business plans tend to get holes shot through them by partners, banks, parents, friends, and investors by one simple word "Why?" They are simply asking you why you are doing it this specific way, whatever this is, but this question has you stumbling over your words like a kid that was caught doing something wrong.

The first questions to ask yourself is why you are writing one in the first place. If it is only for yourself keep it short. If it is for partners or investors, dive deeper, but depending on your business, you do not need a 20–40 page document that spells out every detail of what you are going to do before you really have any exposure to the market. No one wants to read that anyways. Plans of that length usually tend to ramble on and show no real thought. Because you don't know what you are doing, they are probably copy and pasted from ones that you think may sound good

Business plans don't need to be too long before it makes sense of being effective. That's why joining some communities may be a better place to get resources, both in human and materials to get your business plans written. You can join the right section on any community that you join.
