There are many practices that need to be taken care of whenever email marketers need to take care of whenever they want to compile the list of the email holders. Some of the practices include keeping the list of the contact more accurate and updated. Check if the emails are still reachable and its bounce rate should je checked as well.

Also, emails compiled should be permission based. The contact must grant their permission before the list is compiled.
