I'm new to freelancing and want to work with high-paying clients. I keep hearing about "high-ticket" clients, but I have no idea where to find them.

Most freelance platforms seem full of low-paying jobs. I don't want to waste time on small gigs if I can land bigger projects. Should I use LinkedIn, cold emails, or something else?

I also don't know how to make myself stand out to premium clients. Do I need a portfolio or a specific strategy?
