Many a time, I have seen and heard of people involving in sponsoring posts. They clearly put the description and let their followers know that, such a post is a sponsored one. Most times, it is done to advertise products in native advertising.

When you are doing sponsored post, you are being honest. It may be native advertising but the goal is that you have let your audience know the aim that you don't have anything you are hiding. You only need to target the right audience to make it effective for you.
