I'm starting to work on larger freelance projects and I'm struggling with how to delegate tasks. I'm used to doing everything myself, but these projects are too big for that.

How do I figure out which tasks to delegate? Should I hire other freelancers or outsource to people I trust? How do I ensure the quality stays high when I'm not doing everything? Also, how do I keep track of what's been done?

I don't want to take on too much and end up behind schedule. But I also want to make sure the work is done well and on time.
