There are several affordable PPC ad networks you can use. Bing Ads is a good alternative to Google Ads. It offers lower CPC rates and reaches a wide audience. PropellerAds is another budget-friendly option. It supports display ads, pop-ups, and push notifications. Media.net is also affordable and works well for content-based websites. You can try Adsterra for a variety of ad formats. It has competitive rates and great targeting options. You can also explore Revcontent. It provides affordable native ads with a focus on engagement. All these networks allow you to start small and scale your campaigns over time.

Thanks for sharing this list! I'd add RichAds to the mix, it's an affordable option for push ads and supports advanced targeting. Bing Ads is also underrated, especially for tier 1 traffic, and tends to have lower CPCs than Google. Starting small with these platforms is a great way to test campaigns without overspending, and many of them offer solid support for beginners.

With an user acquisition price of $.01-$.02, the traffic quality will most likely be low, especially if you are looking to get traffic from regions such as North America or Europe.

What I would do, is go with Google AdWords, and go for the long tail. I've had good experience driving a lot of traffic from AdWords using the long tail, which has allowed me to greatly push down the CPC. I've actually seen AdWords campaigns where the effective CPC was $0.05, and it was actually driving in reasonable quality traffic.

If you are looking for cheap PPC ad networks, there are a few options that work well for small budgets. Many people on Reddit and Quora mention PropellerAds and Adsterra as affordable choices. They let you run pop-unders, push, or banners with low cost per click. Microsoft Ads is another option because CPCs there are usually lower than Google Ads. The key is to test a few networks with a small budget first to see which gives the best clicks and conversions for your niche.
