The new instructors on BMF should be focused on building reputation first. They should make sure that they are not writing course for the money sake. After building reputation, then money can follow, and it will easily.

Also, there is a need to be dynamic and be abreast in trending courses. There is much opportunity in creating courses that are on trending issues. New users should focus on that to make money here.

Just like you have said, the new instructors should learn the rules before playing the games. They need to know how to build reputation first and never look for money first. Coaches should be done out of passion, as there are some students and even situation than will piss off the coaches.
