First, I dive into the numbers because what kills it on LinkedIn might flop on TikTok. Then I look at targeting to make sure it's actually reaching the right people. Next up, the creatives: do they fit the vibe of each platform? I also peek at frequency, placements, and bids to catch wasted spend or ad fatigue. Finally, I compare everything to past campaigns and benchmarks to see what's working and what's not. Basically, it's all about spotting wins and fixing weak spots

Look for patterns in what types of creatives or placements perform best on each platform, and note any discrepancies in tracking or reporting. Finally, focus on actionable insights like which ads to scale, pause, or tweak rather than just collecting data, so the audit directly improves performance.
