I'm planning to launch native ads in countries with low CPMs to stretch my budget further. I believe these markets offer cheaper traffic but may have lower conversion rates.

I'm wondering if it's better to start with a higher CPC to get quality impressions or keep bids low to maximize volume.

I've read that localizing creatives and offers can improve engagement in these regions.

But I'm unsure how much localization is necessary for native ads compared to other formats.
