Affiliate dashboards show clicks, sales, and earnings, but sometimes the numbers look really strange. Some people see zero sales after hundreds of clicks, or notice visitors coming from countries they never targeted. Other times, commissions appear higher than expected, or products show activity without being promoted. These odd stats can happen because of tracking glitches, unusual user behavior, or errors. Has anyone else seen numbers that didn't make sense at first? Did it turn out to be a problem, or did it lead to a new opportunity? Can strange stats sometimes give useful insights, or are they usually just confusing errors?

Strange stats are definitely confusing, but they can be insightful if you dig deeper. For example, I once noticed a spike in sales for a product I wasn't actively promoting. I found out that an old blog post had started ranking higher on Google, which brought in new traffic. It reminded me to revisit older content and keep it updated. Not all odd numbers are bad sometimes they're clues to hidden opportunities.

I have seen a campaign showing many clicks but almost no conversions for days, then suddenly getting multiple sales almost at the same time. Watching the dashboard jump like that felt strange because nothing major changed with the traffic source or the offer during that period.
