Ask What’s the average a streamer makes when PPV ads are played?

From what I've read, a streamer that has an average of 1,000 or more viewers gets around $3.5 off every ad break that's played (no matter how many ads are played within 1 ad break). But, I couldn't find much about the average money that's given to a streamer that has viewers below the average of 1,000 or less, and some people say that top streamers get 70-80% of the money from ads. What would be the best way to calculate how much someone makes off every ad break, based on their average viewers? It would be nice if someone listed the average money next to the minimum of average viewers required to achieve that revenue.
