One thing I wish online courses did differently is build in way more real-time interaction and live feedback loops. Too many feel like passive video playlists where you're on your own, staring at a screen, guessing if you're actually getting it. Adding casual group chats, quick polls, or instructor office hours that feel like dropping into a café would make learning stickier and less lonely. Platforms could track where students pause or rewatch and automatically suggest mini live sessions to clear confusion.
