The report should break down performance by keywords, ads, and campaigns, highlighting what's working and what needs improvement. A comparison to previous periods helps you understand trends. The report should include recommendations for optimization, such as adjusting bids, pausing underperforming keywords, or testing new ad copy. Clarity and transparency are crucial for making data-driven decisions.
 
For me, the best PPC reports are easy to read but detailed enough to make decisions. I want to see metrics like CTR, CPC, and conversions for each campaign and keyword. It's helpful if the report highlights areas that need attention and gives suggestions for optimization. I also appreciate visuals, like charts or graphs, to quickly spot trends. A good report isn't just about numbers it tells a story of what's working and what could be improved.
