Should you quit the job first or side-hustle until stable?

Freelancing is not a just job to be done in a rush. If you have more responsibilities to yourself, you don't need to focus more on freelancing all alone. In fact, you need to start doing freelancing as a side hustling stuff. Before you should be thinking of freelancing as what you need to settle down with, you should be thinking of having more than three clients that are very stable. Resigning first is a no to me. Though it does work for some people as they will have time to concentrate on the job more.
