These days it feels like the platform focuses more on new matches instead of helping old relationships continue smoothly. Some freelancers believe Upwork should reward long term partnerships more, since they bring steady income and less stress for everyone involved. Do you think Upwork should do more to support long term relationships between freelancers and clients?

Yes it should. Long term relationships save everyone time and stress. Clients get someone who already knows their brand and freelancers get steady work without chasing new proposals every week. If Upwork made it easier to keep teams together with better contracts and lower fees both sides would win and stay on the platform longer.
