A lot of freelancers on Upwork admit that they do not fully understand how the service fees work, and this often leads to confusion when they see the final amount they receive after a job is paid. Some people feel the fee structure changes without much notice, which makes planning income harder than it should be. Do you think Upwork needs to explain its fees in a much simpler and clearer way so freelancers can understand it easily?

Yes100%. The sliding fee and all the little charges get confusing fast. When you're new you just want to know exactly what you'll take home from a $500 job. Clearer fees would build trust and help freelancers price better without guessing or getting surprised after payout.
