Small businesses need more support at least to become effective and competent enough to stand on their own. With this, the government of the country need to protect these business by exempt them from tax.

Taxes may make it difficult for them to excel as they ought to be. When they pay tax, it is easier for them to have financial constraints. What do you think? Is it justifiable if government exempt small business from paying tax.

I think there are some advanced countries which offer tax break for small scale business that are still struggling with their financing and the one facing the bankruptcy. There is no point in taxing a business that is not generating sales. This is like discouraging them to continue with the business which can lead to unemployment increase.

There should not be tax for small businesses. At least then grow to some extent. This will let them know their direction. Taxing them will make them have increment in the price of the products because they may transfer the price to the customers, which may eventually make them to have deferment in sales.
