I've been wondering whether I should focus more on attracting new customers or on getting repeat buyers to grow my e-commerce business. I have tried running ads aimed at new shoppers and also worked on some follow-up emails for past customers. I watched how both groups behaved and tracked sales for each.

I noticed some growth from new customers, while repeat buyers seem to bring steady income. I'm still unsure which approach really drives better long-term growth and if I should prioritize one over the other.

You gotta get people to actually know you exist before worrying about them coming back. Stuff like social media, ads, and discounts are great for bringing in newbies. That said, it's never too early to think about keeping them around. Repeat buyers are awesome because they spend more over time, but you won't have any until you have people checking out your store in the first place. So, for now, focus on growing your audience
