If your offer needs some extra explanation or if you want to filter out people who are not serious, a pre-lander might help. On the other hand, going direct can work if your offer is simple and easy to understand right away. It also helps when your audience is already familiar with what you're offering. You can try both methods by testing them to see which one works better for your traffic.
