You should not target low competition keywords only. Focusing on them may limit your reach. Low competition keywords are great for quick ranking but they often have low search volume. You should combine low competition keywords with high competition ones. This helps balance traffic and competition. High competition keywords bring more traffic and authority to your site. You can also target long-tail keywords. These keywords may have lower competition and higher conversion rates. Make sure you diversify your keyword strategy to cover both low and high competition terms. This will improve your chances of success in SEO.

I think targeting only low competition keywords can work for quick wins, especially if your site is new or has low authority. They're easier to rank for, and you can start getting traffic faster. But focusing only on them might limit your growth because high-value keywords often have more traffic and better conversion potential.
