It should connect directly to the lesson or idea in the email so it does not feel out of place. How often do you think small personal moments help keep an email meaningful?
 
I think small personal moments can be really effective when sprinkled occasionally maybe in one out of every few emails. They grab attention, make you relatable, and help the lesson stick, but if overused, they can dilute the main message. Keeping them brief and directly tied to the point keeps emails meaningful without feeling like oversharing.
 
It may be necessary sometimes to include personal experience in the email sent to the audience. With this, the audience can put themselves in the shoe of the marketers. You need to make sure that you don't however bore them with your personal stories. Just make reference to it to ascertain what you want to bring out.
 
It depends on how you say it and why you want to share it. Talking about struggles can make your message feel real, but too much detail can make people uncomfortable or confused about the main point. If it connects to what you're offering or teaching, then it can work well.
