Ask Should I include links in every social media post?

Many people add links to every post because they want more traffic, but sometimes this can make posts feel forced. A link can be helpful when you want people to visit a page that explains something in more detail. Still, too many links can make the page look like constant promotion. Some platforms also reduce the reach of posts with links because they want people to stay on the app. I personally feel links work best when the post already explains enough to spark interest. When the text feels complete, people are more willing to click. What do you think?

If you're always dropping links, people might start scrolling right past. Share links when you've got something worth checking out, like a blog, product, or event, but also post stuff that's funny, interesting, or makes people wanna comment. Posts without links help build trust and show your personality. Think of links like sprinkles on a cupcake not the whole thing. Use them when they actually matter, and people will pay attention
