I'm stuck on a decision I didn't think would be this hard. I've been running my e-commerce store for a while and orders have started picking up faster than I expected. I currently manage everything from storing products to packing and shipping them myself.

I like having control over the process and making sure things go out exactly how I want. At the same time, the workload has started to get overwhelming. I've looked into a few fulfillment companies and the idea seems tempting.

Now I'm torn between keeping things in-house or letting a third party handle it. Should I handle e-commerce fulfillment in-house or outsource it?
 
If you're just starting out or don't have tons of orders, doing your own fulfillment makes sense. But once things pick up, packing and shipping can get crazy time-consuming.
