Quality means how helpful and clear your content is, while quantity means how often you post. In digital marketing, both matter, but beginners should focus more on quality. One clear post that explains a topic well can beat many weak posts. When people trust your content, they return. Posting often is useful, but not if ideas feel rushed. Start with fewer posts that teach something real. As you grow faster, you can post more. Do you think fewer strong posts work better than many weak ones for new brands?
 
One really good post that people actually enjoy sticks way more than a bunch of meh ones. That said, showing up regularly still matters. Think of it like cooking: one killer meal > ten half-baked ones. Post often enough to stay in the game but don't just churn stuff out for numbers. Good content gets remembered, and being consistent keeps your audience around. So yeah, focus on making stuff that actually matters, and sprinkle in regular posts
 
I think fewer strong posts make more sense, especially at the beginning. When content is clear and helpful, people understand it and may come back again. Many weak posts can just fill space without giving real value, and that can push people away slowly.
