You should avoid buying an email list. Buying a list can harm your reputation. The people on the list may not be interested in your product. You may end up with low engagement rates. You should focus on building your own list. A targeted list gives you better results. You can grow your list by offering valuable content. You should use opt-in forms and incentives. You should also ask for referrals. Your list will be more engaged when you get subscribers naturally. Buying a list may seem like a quick fix but it rarely leads to long-term success.

I wouldn't recommend buying an email list to anyone because most of the addresses are often outdated, irrelevant, or uninterested. Sending emails to people who didn't ask for them can hurt your sender reputation and get your messages marked as spam. It can actually damage your email deliverability and SEO indirectly. Growing your own list with genuine subscribers is safer and more effective in the long run.
