Popups can help grow a newsletter because they catch attention when someone is already reading a page. A newsletter is simply a list of emails where you send tips, updates, or offers to people who agree to hear from you. The problem is that too many popups can annoy visitors and make them leave the site quickly. I think it is better to show the popup after some time, not immediately. That way it feels less aggressive and more natural. What do others think about timing and placement?
 
Pop-up is always a nice concept for emails. It will quickly remind the audience to check out the concept from the marketers. But however, you need to make sure that you don't make use of it too many times. It may discourage the audience from visiting your website because of it.
 
I think popups can work, but you have to be careful. If they show too quickly or cover the whole page, visitors might leave. A small, timed popup asking for an email after someone has spent some time reading can get more signups without annoying people.
 
Popups can definitely work for growing a newsletter, but timing and placement make all the difference. Showing them after a few seconds or when someone has scrolled a bit feels less intrusive than hitting them right away. Exit-intent popups can also be effective since they appear when someone is about to leave. Keeping the message clear and offering something valuable (like a quick tip or free resource) makes people more likely to sign up without feeling annoyed.
