If that platform ever changes its rules or shuts down access, a freelancer could lose everything overnight. Building trust with clients directly, through email or personal referrals, can protect someone from that kind of sudden loss. Do you think freelancers should make more effort to stay connected with clients outside these platforms, or is that too risky and against platform rules?
