Freelance platforms seem to update their pricing structure quite often, and this leaves many freelancers struggling to keep track of the current rates. Every time the pricing changes, freelancers have to recalculate their earnings and adjust how they plan for future projects. Constant pricing changes can also make new freelancers feel unsure about what to expect when they join a platform for the first time. A more stable pricing system might build greater trust. It is very important for a platform to remain consistency in everything they are doing. Constant change can also become a problem and a boarding from the growth of the platform if it is getting too much. Freelancing start leaving the platform for other one that are less prone to consistent change.
