Many freelance platforms focus most of their attention on bringing in new clients and expanding their business, but freelancer education does not always get the same level of support. Freelancers often have to learn new skills like pricing, communication, and using new tools completely on their own, without much guidance from the platforms they work through. Better training could help freelancers deliver stronger work and stay longer on these platforms. Should platforms invest more in teaching freelancers these skills?

It is a yes for me. You are watching so many new freelancers join and then quit because they do not know how to find clients or price work. Platforms that teach pitching portfolios and client communication would keep better talent around. It helps freelancers earn more and it helps platforms keep more fees. Everyone wins when education is built in.
