Experienced freelancers already have a strong profile, good reviews, and steady clients, so leaving Upwork might feel like starting all over again somewhere new without any of those advantages. Staying could mean continuing to enjoy trust built over time, while leaving could open doors to higher pay elsewhere without the platform taking a large cut from every project completed. Both choices carry some level of risk either way. Should experienced freelancers stay loyal to Upwork or move on?

If they are making a lot of money consistently every month there is no point of living the platform for another one. There are some people who are still making good income from the platform despite all the new features they bring out that is taking money out of the pocket of the freelance
