I feel a little unsure about this part of my store. I check my return reports often and some customers seem unhappy with how they send items back. The feedback confuses me and I can't figure out the best way to make returns easier.
I run a small e-commerce shop and I recently tested offering multiple return shipping options. I tracked how many customers used each method and how long the returns took. I compared the results with cases where only one option was available.
