I'm not really sure if I'm going in the right direction. I've seen other e-commerce brands post educational content. I decided to try it for my store too.

I created a few how-to videos and blog posts. I explained how to use some of the products and shared simple tips around the niche. I posted them on my site and social media. A few people watched and shared them. Most didn't do much.

I enjoy making the content. I just don't know if it helps with sales. I'm trying to grow the business with limited resources. Should e-commerce stores focus on educational content to promote e-commerce business?
