I feel a little unsure about this part of my store. I check my return requests often and some customers seem frustrated with the pickup process. The complaints confuse me and I can't figure out how to make it easier for them.
I run a small e-commerce shop and I recently tested allowing customers to schedule return pickups. I tracked how many used this option and how it affected the overall timeline. I compared it with standard pickup arrangements handled by my team.
The feedback looked different and I still don't know if scheduling pickups improves the experience.
