What should be the main priority of intending business owners? Should an intending business owner go for business idea or the capital first? There are some business owners that believe that capital should come first, after that business owners can now be looking for business ideas.

Some intending business owners prefer ideas. After ideas, then intending business owners would then be looking for capital to start their business. What do you understand by this?

There is no one that cannot first for a determined business owner. Whether you have your idea first or you have your capital first, you only need determination to carry out the business well. Idea is nothing without capital while capital as well may not be fruitful without good idea.
