I am a data entry freelance and I am being asked to make calls for a client to verify records. I am used to typing and I am not used to phone work and I am worried about time spent with no guarantee. I am thinking of asking for upfront pay but I am unsure if that sounds unprofessional. I am protecting myself and I am also trying to keep good client trust.
