Upwork's system often favors freelancers with long histories and many reviews, even when newer freelancers may offer similar skills at a fair price. This raises questions about whether the platform rewards good work, or rewards freelancers who have been active the longest. Clients trust profiles with more proof of experience, which can make it harder for talented newcomers to get noticed. Do you think Upwork rewards the right freelancers, or does the system favor the most established ones?

I can say that the platform is rewarding the right freelance. I believe as a freelance if you do the writing on the platform you are going to see the good results you deserve. The problem is that some people want to just open an account on freelance platform and expect orders to start coming without doing anything.
